TRA  Membership Information
TRA members  can register for the conference packages at a discounted price. Join the TRA today and receive the Association’s  scholarly Journal, participate in Associated-sponsored events and  activities, and receive invitations to all TRA events.  Membership is 100% tax-deductible and helps  us to honor the legacy of President Theodore Roosevelt by supporting awards and  civic programs all focused on perpetuating his memory and legacy.

Cancellation Policy
Registration  is non-refundable after September 14th.  A $25 late fee will apply on all  registrations received after September 30th.

All venues  are centered in the Delaware District within a mile of the Theodore Roosevelt  Inaugural Site and the host hotels.  Round-trip  Bus/Shuttle transportation will be provided for ALL events from BOTH hotels  noted below.

Attire
    - Friday  Daytime Events – Casual attire
 
    - Friday  Evening Buffalo Club Event:
    
        - Men's Attire - Collared dress shirts, tailored dress pants including khakis. Polo  shirts, and turtlenecks are permissible. All shirts must be tucked in. Dress  shoes, loafers; no flip flops, sneakers or sandals.  Hats and overcoats are  to be checked at coat check or brought into a private meeting room.
 
        - Women's Attire - Blouse, business casual  tops, dress pants, skirts, dresses or pant suits. Sweaters and turtlenecks are  permissible. All pants and skirts must be of a tailored nature. All skirts and  dresses must be mid-thigh or longer. Dress shoes, no flip flops. Outfit  coordinating dress hats are permissible. All overcoats are to be checked at  coat check or brought into a private meeting room
 
    
     
    - Saturday  Daytime Event – Casual attire
 
    - Saturday  Evening Convention Center Cocktail reception & Gala Dinner – Black  Tie Optional; otherwise, business attire with jacket and tie.  Appropriate military uniforms may also be  worn.
 
    - Sunday  Brunch / TR Inaugural Site – Casual attire
 
Meals
All  attendees for Friday and Saturday events should have breakfast at their  respective hotels.
