Theodore Roosevelt Association Children’s Book Award – 2021
February 1, 2021 -- The Theodore Roosevelt Association is proud to announce the nominees for our second annual Children’s Book Award. The book which best enhances Theodore Roosevelt for the young while maintaining historical fidelity will receive a $1,000 prize, award certificate and bust of the president. A panel of historians, authors, parents, and Theodore Roosevelt experts nominated five books from which they will select the winner.
The Theodore Roosevelt Association also recognizes authors of books focusing primarily or substantially on Theodore Roosevelt for its Annual Book Award.
Recipients of both awards will be recognized at an event occurring in the Fall 2021.
The second annual Theodore Roosevelt Association Children’s Book Award nominations are:
